Jennifer Monness is the Founder and Director of The
Meditation Lab, a provider of customized wellness programs
tailored to employees and executives in the corporate workforce.
Inspired by the impact the practice had on her ability to
navigate the stress of working in the fast paced world of politics,
Jennifer began leading workshops to make wellness practices
more accessible. Her unique style breaks down the myths of
meditation by sharing specific mindfulness skills and strategies
that can be easily integrated into one’s busy life.
Jennifer’s coaching methodology is tailored to individuals who
experience stress and pressure in the workplace. She shares the
science behind meditation and offers an experiential
exploration of mindful breathing, movement and meditation
and highlights the impact of positive mindset.
Jennifer works with individuals in a variety of settings and
industries including finance, consumer products, information
technology, sports and entertainment, marketing, healthcare,
real estate, competitive athletic programs, non-profit
organizations, law enforcement, and schools.

Jennifer holds a BS in Marketing from the University of
Pennsylvania, a MS in Special Education from Bank Street
College, and she is a 500+ hour certified yoga instructor.
Jennifer has been a meditation facilitator, yoga teacher and
trainer, and guest speaker for over 25 years.
